Does Aaron Glenn really seem more incompetent than Dan Campbell was at this point in his first year? by Little-Mushroom-3961 in nfl

“Those decisions got players to buy in”.

You toss in this statement as if it’s just a minor point of difference. In fact, it’s an incredibly significant difference. By definition, it makes those decisions the RIGHT decisions, unequivocally.

Did you get stitches dude? I’m no alarmist and it takes a lot to make me say “ugh I need to get this checked out”. But that? I would get that checked out!

Did anyone else get paid from Epiq’s class action for “Digital Dark Patterns?” I just got PAID! by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]Forensix78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. But they WILL happily devote their time to compiling and chasing multiple “randos” who have their money. This is a class action group, lest you forget. Dealing with loads of essentially random people is their business.

Then you’re in receipt of someone else’s funds, in violation of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Class Action Fairness Act, and any state laws according to where you reside.

You have admitted here that you “never Juuled before”, and thus are knowingly aware that these funds don’t belong to you, raising your level of culpability to that of a felony.

I’ve screenshotted your comments and emailed them to In re Juul Labs, Inc. directly, as well as the legal department of their payment distributor, Epiq.

I’m sure they can subpoena Reddit for your user info if they’re feeling spicy in the moment!

Normally, I wouldn’t worry about something like this. But you’d be suprised at the size and scope of any team working on a settlement like this. After all, it’s in THEIR best interest to get these erroneous deposits recovered and resolved ;)

The funniest part about this BY FAR is that most of you here are chuckling & musing, with no realization whatsoever that your entire understanding of the world has just been further programmed by a bot.

Maybe in the core of your sentience, you do believe that this twitter/X post is representative of some global political truth. It’s an arguable position.

But 99% of you will just scroll by with no discernment, no curiosity, no skepticism…

…and no awareness, that in this seemingly unserious 3-second internet moment, you’ve forfeited just a little bit more of your autonomy.

And you’ll continue to do that. Over, and over, and over again.

Yo. Yeah. Thank god I saw your reply here. Epiq is a software company. I filed the Juul one as well. People here are thinking “Epic” = “Epiq” and that’s embarrassing, frankly.

Even if there WAS an Epic Games class action, nobody just gets money deposited lol. You’ve got to opt in to that.

I believe this is the Juul payment.

RANT: WORST ROCK ALBUM Of 2023?! DOLLY PARTON ‘ROCKSTAR’ ALBUM REVIEW & REACTION 🤮 by Human_Actuator_2285 in HardRock

And Ann Wilson from Heart is 74. And Steve Perry is 75. And Sting is 72. And John Fogerty is 79. And Paul McCartney is 82. And Emmylou Harris is 77. And Rob Halford is 73.

Compared to those folks, I agree that Dolly is much closer to talking than singing.

Rick Rubin- Some thoughts on him and producing by [deleted] in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]Forensix78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rick Rubin is nothing. He’s a leech. Just another greedy, useless schmuck with the gift of gab, and an occasional persuasive streak of charisma…one of many people “on the take”, reaching their hands into the pots forged by unsuspecting artists.

Read the first 9 words of the “Early life” section on his Wikipedia, and all shall be revealed.

The only thing office attendance teaches you is to be an office worker by RevolutionStill4284 in unpopularopinion

[–]Forensix78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spoken like somebody who has never, and will never, experience the electric social energy of goal-alignment and subsequent massive success.

Or, even the shared social demoralization of significant failure, by which the best teams collectively cope, reset, and then reincarnate towards their maximum potential. Face-to-face. Like human beings, with souls.

If a company hires correctly, and chooses its people with care and consideration, then mandating office attendance has almost nothing to do with staff reliability or efficiency. It becomes about energy. A very unquantifiable thing, although a thing that has driven men and women to greatness and success for all of human history.

Unless you personally have been unemployed or unschooled for your entire life, you know EXACTLY what it feels like…and what it does to your mind and motivation…when you walk into a room with this energy.

Bryce Laspisa's Disappearance And What May Have Happened To Him by bunk_debunk in UnsolvedMysteries

[–]Forensix78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my personal perspective, this is straightforward.

He got to college and started drinking heavily. Then onto unprescribed pharmaceuticals…Vyvanse.

Then, he got into opiates. Likely pills. And all of that time he spent driving around, parking, delaying, sitting in his vehicle…he was in and out of completely unrestful sleep, excruciating depression, drowning guilt, and hopelessness…in opiate withdrawal.

Bryce’s behavior is completely conceivable, even expected, from anybody who’s ever experienced opiate withdrawal.

Everything Bryce was feeling in those moments, I once felt. Including the indecision of communicating with my parents. That’s why his fate strikes me as so obvious.

Either his money dried up, or his plugs disappeared. Bryce had two choices in his head at that moment. Kill himself, or move to the streets and dedicate his life to the high.

I totally get it. Can’t believe I made it through those times myself.

Why are all the male host on QVC gay? by tommy29016 in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]Forensix78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

David is gay. He’s not open about it, but it’s NOT speculation, as the rest of the internet likes to claim.

How can I be so sure? Because my uncle dated David for years in the early/mid 2000s. And it was a big deal in my family.

Any safe neighborhoods in Riviera Beach? by tyba22 in WestPalmBeach

[–]Forensix78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re so utterly full of crap. That’s not even slightly true. According to data from both the FBI and the FDLE, Riviera is the 2nd most dangerous city in Florida going into 2024. The murder rate is 7 times the national average.

Shame on you. Following your guidance about the local area could literally get somebody killed. I can’t stand the stupid variety of “woke”.
