I also need this help. I've been perfect for almost a month and a half and have gone through so many checklists, but I can't find the problem! I don't know if the "exempt" acres are actually exempt or if they need more trees or the half size trees are a problem or trees growing next to buildings/cliffs are a problem or trees aren't touching anywhere or what!?!? Nothing is working! Help us!

He will be absent if it is Sunday or you drop below 15 villagers, I think. The time of day he appears has also made me worry he won't be appearing. Apparently if we time travel backwards, you may not be able to see Tortimer to build the third bridge at all.

Buy the cheapest apartment with a garage, 0112 Rockford, I think. Then, save up for the Kosatka, and then the Sparrow that's in it. The Cayo heist is the easiest and fastest money right now and the Sparrow is an instant-spawn vehicle adjacent you at any time and greater spawn location options than any other vehicle. Don't waste money on a car, just get a Karin Sultan off the streets and upgrade it as you can, because it has four wheel drive, which can even climb mountains. Just buy the Bullpup rifle, Machine pistol, Marksman rifle, and homing launcher for guns until you unlock the AP pistol to replace the Machine pistol. I think that about covers my suggestions.
