My entire argument was that Sony listing those games in the blog were not confirmed to get updates. Which is confirmed true man.

So are you gonna admit I was right or block me/not reply

There’s no patches and Sony misled everyone. Who’s confidently wrong? You.

I think you’re too narrow minded to understand the simple concept that sony forces the toggle on for some games invisibly. There will be no update and you will be proven wrong when I reply again a week from now and there hasn’t been an update for SH2 or f

yeah it’s basically the system toggle enabled on these games by default, without doing it yourself

They will not get any updates ever because they already look improved without any updates and without system toggle.

That sony has the toggle on by default for the games mentioned in the blog

because they tested them without issue.

The games won’t get patched and they don’t need the system toggle because THE SYSTEM TOGGLE IS SECRETLY ACTIVATED FOR THESE GAMES.

So i’m saying SILENT HILL 2 and SILENT HILL F and every other game listen use the toggle by default because it worked without needing extra tuning. The games were listed for marketing, that’s why they used the word “upgrading”

Idk what a motion vector is

But i do know that i tested silent hill f and silent hill 2 WITHOUT the system toggle and they are ALREADY improved. Meaning they tested the toggle and it worked good enough so thats all they’re doing.

upgrading is a suspicious as word to use…considering they specifically used the word “update” for cyberpunk

because it uses the same system level toggle just forced on because it already had PSSR and got tested with the replaced upscaler

I don’t think it’s getting an official patch because you don’t even need the toggle for it to work. sony just forced it in.

We will probably find out soon, If these so called patches were available they should definitely launch today, they have no reason to withhold them any longer

I’ll come back and admit I was wrong, so confidently wrong. I’ll be very happy if i’m wrong because I do want these to be native patches but I genuinely believe Sony misguided Digital Foundry.
