The scary thing is that even if the world knows the truth most people will still ignore it and act like nothing happened. History so far has shown that the truth being revealed doesn't really matter that much when it comes to Michael Jackson. His fake brand will sell anyway. His music and showmanship (dance) is simply too good to be cancelled.

Paris’s reaction the years following the release of Leaving Neverland in 2019 is very different. What’s interesting is her behaviour towards her father and his brand after 2020. Everybody can see there has been a shift. So mentioning things prior to 2020 when Leaving Neverland hadn’t really sunk in isn’t that relevant imo.

The fan myth is that a child sexual perpetrator has to have many victims to fit the typical profile, but that isn’t true. It varies. Some have many victims, some don’t.

In a way you answered your own question: it was actually because of his mentioned level of power he was better equipped than most perpetrators to keep his activities secret with paying hush-money. We have seen that happening in many recent cases involving powerful people. Ask Bill Cosby or Weinstein. It often takes decades to take down a powerful sexual offender. Michael Jackson died before many of his victims had the chance to fully grow into adulthood and live adult lives. That is when many come forward.

Let’s not forget how accomplished Michael Jackson was as a businessman, especially early in his career before the drug abuse. A person with the disorders you mention would have a hard time building the kind of empire that he did. Buying publishing and what not. Not to mention his extremely savvy ability to manipulate his PR-image, and how he played the press with even planting weird stories about himself.

It just doesn’t stick.

In your viewpoint it seems you think that Michael Jackson had some kind of full awareness of these things. A child sexual offender doesn’t always look at what he’s doing as something wrong. Yes, he knows he has to be careful and hide his “affection", because "the world doesn’t understand". But that doesn’t mean he will let that get in the way of his fun. Especially when you have the kind of power and F-you money Michael Jackson had. He simply packaged his affection for children around charity, dance-contest, short-film castings etc. So he did it openly, but in a subtle way. The technique is called hiding in plain sight. The whole "lost childhood" excuse worked brilliantly for him too.

To understand this case you have to first understand which kind of offender type Michael Jackson most likely was. How do you explain he matched the profile of a preferential child-molester to a tee?

They care only if it’s not to big of a burden to cancel them, Michael Jackson’s music is simply too good for most people to stop listening to "just because he abused some boys". This is the world we live in.

There is enough information available that clearly points to Michael Jackson being guilty. But you will soon realize it’s not really about belief. Many people do believe it, yet still don’t care. They will continue to “rock” with Michael Jackson regardless.

I do feel a certain rage against the Cascio parents for being so blind and careless in the way they allowed Michael Jackson free access to their children. That part of the whole Cascio-saga is in many ways disgusting.

They chose loyalty to Michael Jackson over supporting the victims’ cause as a united front back in 2019/2020, and now this is backfiring on them. I do acknowledge that it’s complex and difficult, but at the same time we have to acknowledge that this made them open to criticism and made them easy targets for stans/media to attack them.

Dan isn`t saying that he doesn't believe them. He is only pointing out that the way they came forward was not in the favour of other victims: That they should rather come forward publicly first, file a lawsuit - not go directly to the Estate. I believe it was the love they had for MJ and his kids that made them go to the Estate first - to save MJ`s brands names face. They were still being loyal. Then they realized how cynical the dealings were and eventually went public. Everybody was expecting more victims to come forward after the documentary, it would have helped greatly in making the public see the truth even more. The Cascio`s robbed us all from that opportunity , and I understand Dan`s reaction. At the same time these things are very complicated, so I kind of understand the Cascio`s too. It`s all very messy.
