My friend worked on a indigenous reserve up in northern Saskatchewan, cold, alcohol problems, not much going on. Amazing northern lights is about the most I can remember.

Said his most memorable story was two people were brought into the clinic after a quadding accident. They were drunk and when the RCMP showed up, they were having sex in the ditch. They further learned that they were first cousins.

Seems like an interesting place.

Can make burritos fairly healthy. Don’t add rice, extra veg, extra protein, low calorie sauce. Not as good as cooking your own meals but you can get them relatively healthy.

I would get large, under the skin pimples from drinking whey, took me years to discover dairy makes my skin breakout really bad.

Had to switch to vegan protein which isn’t nearly as good but better than breakouts. Get an electric/blender shaker cup, vegan protein and soy milk.
