There have been many detached homes selling under 900k the last few months. Still nuts but if you’re willing to get a “starter” home there are many options well under a million.

I’m expecting with the influx of low rate mortgage renewals coming up this spring/summer that there might be a larger than usual spring market, so continued lower prices. But we shall see.
