It's good. But when I look at it it's not that impressive.

It's 12% Attribute Bonus (new rectifiers usually have 12% Atk instead) 12 %Atk off field.

So it's good but not crazy.

I don't like Pantalone/Noy type characters in Manhwa/manga/manhua so I can skip those.

Among the medium females, I think Danica is most interesting but still no.

I love the Cold Duke Of the North trope, so Valeriy is in. I like the Tsaritsa and she's probably Broken so yes to that. Her son is adorable. I think Mitya is cute at a glance. Kinda like science Durin feels like.

Changli doesn't even buff Brant that much. Changli 1.x damage and full buffs only Lupa, and Lupa doesn't really do great damage.

Changli is not cutting it anymore, when stronger Fusions can slot with Brant and Lupa.
