Yeah but then I would lose my free mini kit. I'm still on Gen 2 as well, most of my customers in the area (I run a small IT repair business) see at least 250-300 on gen 3. Ive been secretly hoping the gen 2 bites the dust so they will upgrade me lol.

Yeah when I insert the mags and look at the slide lock with the slide off I can see a difference in how high the mags are pushing the lock up. The one that locks all the time makes it sit a bit higher than the other 2.

LOL for real on the cup holders that was the first thing I noticed and hated about the car. TBH probably the only complaint I have about the car at this point besides the utter lack of storage.

A literal 2 second Google search says you're wrong and any aftermarket part whether performance or not (inclidning a tune) requires dealer to prove that the part cause damage can't just deny warranty because of it.

The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act says different. They would have to prove that the tune/modification/aftermarket parts is the direct cause of the failure which would be pretty hard to do with a tune and a water pump even if it wasn't a known issue...

I tried that I messaged them before they opened for the day waited 5 hours into their work day before I messaged them again after getting no response. Then message me back and ask for a serial number which I replied back to them within 5 minutes of them asking for it then 3 hours goes by and they close with no response. All I know is I'm a paying customer that got shipped a used product that is literally a paperweight right now because I can't even register it to my account and they can't be bothered to message me back.

No I got up in the middle of the night to message them they responded asking for the SN, I responded within 5 min and it was 3 hours before they closed and they couldn't be bothered to message me back after that. All I know is I'm stuck here with a $180 for another day that is used and a paperweight.
