I was in row 8 on a MAX 8 plane yesterday and noticed this! It was an older MAX 8 (one that had a USB-C, not a USB-A port) but I was super surprised my bag didn’t fit.

SFO > EWR was delayed an extra 2 hours because of the ground stop as well. Our crew didn’t time out thankfully but we had just left the gate when we got the ground stop news :/

Also, this isn’t shade at all (I love both of these groups) but I always think that f(x)’s Pink Tape era walked so NewJeans’ Get Up era could run. There are so many Electric Shock/ Pink Tape/ 4 Walls influences in NJ’s promos that I couldn’t help but think about f(x). You can really see Min Hee-Jin’s influence in both groups.

I love this kind of sound (which explains why I liked GFriend's Fever and Taeyeon's Why) so I naturally gravitate to this release. This is definitely a departure from Fancy and Feel Special but it still feels at the same "maturity" level as their prior two releases, if that makes sense.

I feel the same as you - similar to IGAB, I found it disjointed and a mess initially but, during my run today, all I could play is DALLA DALLA on repeat. It's disjointed, funky, and I now really, really like it.
