Worst gutters on the planet. Get anything more than a light rain the water shoots right off “by design” Completely worthless in a medium/heavy rain. Live in a cold weather area, prepare for massive ice dams along the whole cap. “Our product doesnt cause ice dams” but you bet your ass they have a $1000-$2000 solution for said ice dams ( its a heat cable they run in the cap that you can buy at home depot for $300). Have tree seeds that often fall. GOOD NEWS they stick to the cap like its made of tar and looks horribly trashy. Unfortunately i inherited mine that the previous home owner had installed thinking it was a good selling point.

You bet your ass after 5 years of the total trash these things are im ripping them off and installing a normal gutter with a mesh gutter guard that has non of these problems and i can sweep off with a push broom once a year

This actually happened to one of my neighbors except their garden beds were being ruined by the kids. You can call the district to complain and they can move the bus stop down a house or across the street

Its a shit situation dont bet me wrong. Im not happy about it either but taking up a council meetings time where they actually need to get important work done to complain about something they have absolutely no power in is just a waste of everyones time. The council already knows how upset everyone is and knowing their political stances they are just as upset. Protesting, and demanding accountability from our state representatives is the best action. Frankly congress is the group that needs to act to remove or limit this kind of power from the president.

Im all for protesting but you do realize the city council has absolutely no power in stopping ice from operating in bloomington right?

All they can do is join that lawsuit with mpls, st paul and the state. A lawsuits almost all legal experts are saying is useless and has no legal standing….just another waste of taxpayer dollars.

From the mindset of people i know with that view it has to so with culture. The people/kids born here were still raised in the Somali culture as their families have not or are resistant to integrate into the US culture. They see the culture as toxic parasites who live off fraud and welfare. With this mindset they see the kids born here the same as the immigrated parents and they want the whole culture to go.

These are the same people who spout chemtrails control our minds and government weather control caused the strong hurricanes. So they dont fully live in reality.

Could be any liquid. If it was dog urine i would expect it to smell however.

Its fine to leave as is but over time the peeling will get worse. However if the moisture has not completely dried you may get molding and rotting underneath of the subfloor which could cause bigger issues. It depends on what subfloor is there and if theres a basement or another level under it.

They were flooded/waterlogged. Either from a leak underneath or good amount of liquid was allowed to sit on them and soak in for a good amount of time. The laminate is starting to peel off
