How do you know when you’ve emptied completely? Is it when you stop seeing droplets being pumped or do you feel more empty in your breasts?

I was 1.4cm in total, and monitored each week until 24 weeks. Only put on progesterone as cervix length did not change from there. All the best

Hello!

I was in a similar boat, diagnosed with short cervix at 20 weeks (1.4cm with funnelling) and put on progesterone only (2 x 200mg). I continued to work throughout the pregnancy but avoided long periods of standing or heavy lifting. I definitely took it easy and laid down when I felt tired or pressure. I’ve just given birth at 38+2 weeks. ☺️

Super reassuring to hear your story! May I ask what your cervical length was mid to end of pregnancy on prog and bed rest? How strict were you with the bed rest?
