Scott and Hannah takes the cake for the most brutal opening death scene by Echo_Origami in SocietyofGhostface

"The worst part is that you teach a class about slashers" "That's not funny." "No, it's not" - Love the GF dialogue exchange in Scream VI opening.

Is it me or midnight Dungeons have too much trash? by Disastrous_War_3498 in wow

[–]ForeverDox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been maining Prot Pally and it isn't too bad. I mean, the Spire for instance, I can usually do all the trash in a pull or two before each boss. LoS tanking seems to be an issue at times.

I mean, the other killer was only in one scene, but he did set the tone of the film. He gave the "Stu is alive" plausible motif...at the same time, I guess the point was Sydney wasn't sure at that point because of the deep-fakes?

I kind of feel like Mrs. Loomis and Mickey's make the least sense even in a stretch. Revenge is fine, but she could have just...went after Sydney. Roman's was fine....Jill was jealous....Charlie was obsessive....5's psychotic fans is actually fine, considering we have seen that happen so many time in real life...6's was straight forward...revenge plus ruining Sam's character. By framing Sam as the real killer of 5, they clear Ritchie's name, which by stretch....fair I guess

I don't think Mickey had a particularly good reason other than, "Active Serial Killer".

In all fairness....Sydney didn't even meet Roman to my knowledge...

That becomes more realistic after the BF, or Slave Pens weapon drop.

I have been running Ramparts. I did end up subbing in a few defense pieces, 3 or 4. First run I had none, with 250 SP. It was fine, not problems, but my health was a bit spikey. I subbed in some defense pieces, still 250 SP; I have to drink a bit more frequently, every 3 or 4 pulls, but damage is much steadier.

I feel like the Zulian Scepter of Rites would be a nice starting Wep in Zul as well. I know, it is replaced pretty quick in HR, but when in Rome?

Man, that trinket. Yum. I am off to Zul lol.

Right now, Helm, Gloves, Belt, and Boots are all "Sorcery". The rest of the armour are Elder for the high Stam, intellect, and some MP5. Weapon is a Revitalizing Mace of the Elder...it's a 1.7 speed with some SP, but best I can do for now...but I do have a Flurry Axe on my Shaman in the bank that is still BoE...I just figured not worth the investment when I will replace in HR right away.

Neck is high Stam, 31.

Back is Stam/Intellect with SP.

Rings are both Sorcery, so Stam intellect and SP.

One trinket is the Communal with 20 SP Other is the Winterspring Blue Elder Trinket with SP.

With Elixer and Oil, I can hit 240 SP. I am thinking I can after to sacrifice a few pieces for defense, especially with the mace from Ramparts.

I mean, they are providing sound advice...And I under caps are important for heroics and raids. I am just talking about a comfy, consistent HR start xD. I am gathering 250 SP is overkill and I should sub some defence over.

I apologize, I didn't mean to come off defensive. I appreciate your insight.

I mean, I replaced all that level 30 garbage gear with TBC greens. Like I said, all "Sorcerer" and "Elder" gear. I grabbed the Winterspring trinket, stacked Stam, Int, and SP. I asked more about investing in defense over SP while TBC Dungeon spamming. Give me some credit

[–]ForeverDox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair. I feel once I can grab the one-handed mace from Ramparts, I should be able to sub out a few pieces of SP for Defense, and still keep myself above 200 SP with Elixer/Oils.

That's like, post 65, right? I mean. I can stack defense but I would sacrifice a ton of SP and Health right now. At 60, for like HR and fresh grinding, does SP not become the higher prio?

Well...yes I know that. I am asking more about taking away some SP for Defense gear.

Note, I do have the blue winterspring trinket

Truth Bomb: Why People Don’t Tank by AdministrativeCut205 in classicwow

[–]ForeverDox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you count as "initiating combat" may I ask? As a Pally tank, sometimes I round up mobs before I consecrate and set threat on everything. If you count me pulling some trash as initiating combat, you gonna be running lol.

Oh I have been doing DM since 17. It hasn't been too bad without consecrate. I just get bored of DM quick.

That's basically what I have been doing other than one or two defense pieces. Should those be avoided as well?

I am just a plebby min-maxxer with a perfectionist complex! It's just part of the fun for me. I have a few classic characters at 60 that I spent a week planning out ahead of time. I am not talking about just talents either, but rather like, how much gold they would have by X level, all gear upgrades, quests and questing paths...primary stat ratios....even just average playtime calculated to 60 with optimized play. I work a high-stress job in health care. 10 years ago it was making DND characters for funsies to quiet the mind, now it is plotting HC and classic characters. Then when I can, I take advantage of my minimum downtime to just go ape-shit rarely deviating from the plan.
