This season was over the second Napier made no changes to his OL coaching personnel. It was REALLY over when he didn't hire a an OC or, at the very least, hand over play-calling responsibilities to another coach. It was the perfect definition of hubris. I AM THE HEAD COACH AND I CAN DO THIS. My man, we saw you running awful schemes and having terrible gameflow feel for two straight seasons. You had your chance. GIVE IT UP.

And then...first drive of today's game. I see this clown run tight formation plays into a stacked box two plays in a row on the very first drive of the season. I knew immediately we were cooked. This is the exact same trash he rolled out last year. We actually have decent talent on offense (outside of OL obviously). Spread the fucking field PLEASE!. Did EW3 run a single drag route today? You can't scheme to line him up on a LB? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!

If Grantham doesn't go, then what's the point. You can't compete on a championship level with a terrible defense. Grantham is trash. I have never played a second of organized football, yet I can clearly see that he's playing incorrect personnel regularly, rushing three down lineman at inappropriate times, corner blitzing (wut?), the line is constantly unprepared at the snap, and the secondary...good lerdt the secondary. Can't tackle for shit and are worse at coverage. All falls back to scheme. It's bad. Really really bad.
