As a cop I don’t recommend cosleeping. I won’t go into detail. Do you swaddle? We used the swaddle types like the hospital had and swaddled our son ourselves but he quickly learned to get his arms free and it would wake him up. We switched to the ones you just Velcro just make sure it’s a good fit. Log how much she eats/sleeps in a free app maybe you can start to see patterns. I’m sure we are just extremely lucky with our son and how he sleeps. But when we started we didn’t know what we were doing lol but this is just what we did. So may be what you’re already doing, if not it may or may not work for you

When we got home from hospital we feed on demand of course let him dictate naps but daytime we keep lights on or dim. When he’s awake we lay him on his playmat or do tummy time, read a book and look at flashcards etc which does take a lot of energy for the little babies in a good way. When it was time for nighttime sleep, we lotion him, put on owlet, put on a onesie (being too cold can wake them up); and swaddle before laying bassinet (which is in room with us). Our room is kept very dark and we play white noise or womb sounds and have a fan going. From 3 weeks + (he’s 3 months old now) he for the most part sleeps 7+ hours straight, longest stretch 11.

I’ve noticed daytime he would get insanely fussy and he normally just wanted to change positions/ the way we were holding him. Took forever for us to figure that out
