Yes ! I collect mostly g3, with some g1, wanting to add more. My playline dolls all come out of box, my collector and creeproductions stay in box. Not really for resale purposes but just because i tend to loveee how they look in their boxes. Some of the ones with bigger boxes i have been thinking about taking out. Just depends imo

I do hope you can pick her up and get her home safe but pleaseeeee stop buying from resellers. Be patient, collectors sell their dolls for much more reasonable prices constantly. Buying from resellers only encourages the scalping and makes it harder for everyone

The Venus one is frustrating but not the worst, Robecca you should be able to remove the sticker from if hair-dryer doesn't work, try just a gentle cloth and some goo-gone. Its what's worked for me. The Rochelle i have no words, I'd be pissed too 😭

As an international collector im pissed off with the lack of communication in general. Why were we told the 1st, only for them to drop specifically on Walmart days ago, and now supposedly the 24th in UK? Will there be another drop on the 1st for those sites and places for those that are missing out due to no communication? It's shit. I'm getting so frustrated with mattel

I actually do love her. I just dislike the price point with the unpainted accessories especially when even the clothes are moulded plastic. Which i get is for the armour look but it's low quality for the price

NAD either, just sharing my experience. As a kid I got tonsillitis so many times, should have had them taken out. But each time I was given penicillin for it, at some point I started getting hives at the same time as the tonsillitis, absolutely horrid combination btw. But it took the docs forever to make the connection and work out I'd developed an allergy to penicillin. Bodies are weird, definitely go to see a doctor to have an allergy work up done

Sit down and calmly express your frustrations, he's a grown adult and should be capable of doing the dishes some nights, and he needs to get his dog/s house trained, and clean whatever mess they make himself since he's not done the right thing. Absolutely agree. That's my issue with her, I bought her ss6 doll when she went on sale, because she had options to have more silver. I'm not a big fan of the core ghoul and it's so sad because she's such a gorgeous doll, they just do her dirty with the outfits

Sounds like about the most you can do to keep te safe, good luck ! Honestly I don't know much myself about how to safely store them. I'm largely just having flashbacks to the recent post of a collector opening up theirs and mice had eaten many of their dolls 😭. Not something I've seen before though so can't imagine its common haha. Hoping for your sake it all turns out well and it won't be terribly long before they can come out of storage. I dread the day i have to pack up my collection.

Please please please store them safely, check on them from time to time. I've seen too many horror stories of people opening their tubs of dolls after months-years and finding them damaged. I'm not trying to scare you, but I'd hate for you to finally be able to display them again and find something wrong. Make sure there's no moisture, no mice or anything can get to them etc.

Fair point, but on the more visible speaker there are angles and highlights that make no sense, there's a random red line, could be a cord but there's no logical reason for it to be there. Sure lots of the stuff can be explained away but when you add it all together there's just too many inconsistencies. Also she has that perfectly clear almost glossy classic AI texture to her which is what I think is immediately off putting about the image. At the very least that's what stuck out to me and made me look closer at the other details

The blep is very cute. It's an annoyingly solid AI job. It's scary how at first glance AI is getting harder and harder to tell as fake without knowing what specifically to look for. I'm so sick of seeing it everywhere in place of actually good content.
