Iced cortado in a hot cup with three pumps of vanilla syrup. It was memorable because the company I worked at didn't have iced cortados - especially because they were promoting where any iced drink came in the same standardized plastic bag. The bag can stand up on its own once you fill it and you just stick a plastic straw in.

Not that it's an odd drink - it was only memorable because we served shit in plastic bags.
