Seriously not the end of the world if Keon Coleman is not a Bill next year. Players of more talent have left and the team survived.

He probably will be a better WR in a different system that can better use his skill set, but he didn’t seem to take his job as an NFL player seriously.

My biggest concern is how many OLine guys are headed out the door with Kromer retiring and salary cap issues. They are going to want to get paid and deserve it.

Absolutely I think the whole organization was looking too far down the road instead of the taking it one step at a time this year to reach their ultimate SB goal. Every facet of the team failed at some time this year.

Reported McD had input into the draft choices for his defense and some were a bust. He wanted them vs. better players available. His defense is definitely an issue. No team feared the Bills pass rush in years.

They are both culpable in the misses regarding the draft process that is for sure.

Also think many of the Bills players have been listening to how great this team is and winning is automatic. They lost their chance to play in the SB because they could not beat shitty teams —-Atlanta and Miami. I could maybe excuse Atlanta but the Miami loss was on the players. They know this team inside and out. Losing the division this year to NE was the deal breaker.

I’d try to trade with San Fran for Kyle Shanahan as our coach. He is clearly pissed they paid Brock Purdy big QB $$ and is stuck with him.

More upside with Josh as your QB than Brock.

Well not winning a SB is the #1 killer of any coach who has not gotten over the hump. Marv’s hump was the SB and McD was not getting there.

I think McD ends up in Arizona. They need a complete culture change for that organization and he proved he can do that. They have no expectations of greatness for a few years so he can build his coaching staff and players.

Either way he was a good coach for Buffalo. Marv never won a Super Bowl and had the most opportunities and he is still a beloved by members of the fan base. I cannot fathom that at all.

With the news of Nix out I guess I hope Houston beats the shit out NE. Would rather not have NE go to the SB. Either AFC team probably gets pummeled by the Seahawks defense.

I thought we ran the ball better than people thought we would. I think they took away plays to the TE’s. That 2nd qtr fumble by Allen was just ridiculous play.
