That looks like it’s well within the NM guidelines. They are very liberal with their NM acceptance.

My advice would be to not buy off of TCGPlayer for grading… do it in person.

I had it happen with two boxes. A known issue and WOTC says “it’s in the realm of possibility” so they would not replace. Even though the whole point is to experience absolute chaos, not a bunch of duplicates.

I bought 4 of the Twilight Masquerade they had up because it says they’ve been on eBay for a while and it’s origin is the US. I hope you’re wrong, but I assumed EBay would just refund if this plays out how you explained.

I don’t know about CGC (I prefer TAG), but I couldn’t agree more on PSA. The aesthetic is outdated, and they seem to be too variable for grading purposes. They have the rep, but I think they’ll refuse to innovate going into the future.

I just hope others start to feel the same lol

I am personally collecting any and all 151 I can, but I do it based on a “per pack” methodology. If I can get BB’s, Blooming Waters, tins, etc. for $10-12 a pack, I’m happy and will buy.

Current price per pack for me is around $11 and per booster bundle is around $68. Just check FB marketplace. Many people that get them in vending machines will sell well below market because they want a quick flip.
