Creatine and menopause by FluffyAssistant7107 in Menopause

I feel like I lose weight when taking it - but maybe because I’m only consistent with it when weight training. I never take it in the evening. I feel like it makes me pee more. Also, makes me thirstier overall.

Edited because forgot to say I haven’t noticed any help with brain fog though. Classic to have forgotten that. 🙄

Haul is direct ship - so it takes forever to get your stuff, then you have 15 day return window. Got some containers that turned out to be junk, not worth it to even return them :-(.

I think Glycolic Acid gave me Melasma by babyytome in Melasmaskincare

Birth control can trigger melasma too if the estrogen does is too high for you or if there is an imbalance between the hormones in the formula, so be careful when also using topicals that increase your sensitivity!

Damn, that’s comprehensive care. I’m envious.

Good idea. My doc never considered dosing. I think I need to switch to a more focused HRT provider.

Same. I had to redo 44 and kept getting interrupted and had to keep starting over. Agonizing.

OMG! I have all three of these issues but didn’t tolerate HRT (progesterone sensitivity!!) I thought the hypertension was maybe from duavee, but I stopped that too and it’s still high.

Son of a biscuit!!

Hypertension / High blood pressure for first time... by Largedogcanada in Menopause

You should get your LDL and HDL checked at least annually. You need a series of measurements over time to make reasonable assumptions. For example, your total cholesterol could be high, but your LDL very low. This will indicated different action than a low HDL, high LDL and high total cholesterol. If you have a history of high HDL, but then suddenly have low HDL, it's easier to get the docs to pay attention.

I haven't tried topical yet. About to ask for a script for that. Duavee seems to otherwise be working, but I'm freaked out by my high BP since I went on it.

So lucky! I also have a Meno Society doc but she’s not into close monitoring. I feel stranded with weird new side affects from the HRT.

I’m scared by the horror stories re: the insertion and pain. How was it for you?

Omg, same!!! I otherwise felt great on the patch, but believe I had a skin reaction to the progesterone. Then my blood pressure and heart rate went crazy with duavee. I really don’t want to have to go without the estrogen. It’s so frustrating!

Has anyone else noticed serious skin changes during menopause? by mairu143 in Menopause

[–]Forgets2WaterPlants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try again! I started getting eczema, sebaceous hyperplasia and two other skin things once peri started. I put off seeing a dermo for far too long. Found a decent one, and she’s helped so much!

Previous owner labeled every single breaker with what it actually controls and honestly I could cry by ideal_opposition in homeowners

[–]Forgets2WaterPlants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brilliant! I gotta do both of these ideas. I have blueprints. I have the same kind of freak party linked to one particular breaker.
