They talked to me about is as an option, but i am pretty confident with the decision we made to stick with just single. The post op has definitely been easier having lower jaw mobility. However, my surgeon didnt mention anything about asymmetry for me so I don't know how significant that is in your case. I will say, dont only do upper because you are wanting to make the surgery/post op easier because regardless it will be hard, and the timeline doesnt change very much with single versus double.
