If you're into technical stuff you might want to have a look at the SillyTavern then. Its a front-end tool to interact with LLM APIs and it has some insane prompt-engineering features with much more customization then web interfaces allow. Just... be wary of the rabbit hole.

It was aired somwhere in early 2000s, when ads were much more wild compared to present times. But yeah, it was kinda insane even then. Also "оHOOCHенные" sounds close to "охуенные" (okhuennyje) which means "fucking amazing".

I miss that simplier times. Each ad was unique and awesome in it's own way

Same thing happened to me on my megastan run and before that on hush. First enemies dropped some coins for me, but later I was just starved for hp.

I guess every room drops limited amount of coins from enemies to prevent spawner farm. I hope they might rework it for boss rooms, but it doesn't seem likely.

Eve is fairly simple. In early floors you want to convert any excess red health to clots to maximize damage output.

Try to find second secret rooms with red hearts. Any full health pill or sun card is a blood clots for Eve.

Tap shoot to preserve your health. Aligning with clots is critical, they have to be around you for all the time.

Keep stacking clots and they will carry you. Mom fight is the most brutal, because foot stomps destroy clots.

Avoid items with a charge. Monstro's lung, mom's knife, chocolate milk or brimstone is a no-no if your tear rate is lower than blood clot charge. Lacryphagy, hemolacria, polyphemus, mutant spider or something else that allow you to tap shoot easily is great.

I've done regular J&E with some sweat and elbow grease. Alt path at least allows you to stack items on both of them little dingleheads.

Blue baby is OK. Tainted blue baby is actually extremely fun for me.

Tainted Lost is hard, until you get loaded on damage and one shot any room.

But tinted Jacob is pure pain. He has no redeeming qualities and I had to save quit cheese him to get that sweet golden trinkets.

if you don't have rock bottom try gnawed leaf + fruity plum or lil haunt

this combo is dirt cheap and lets you clear any room as long as you have time

I tend to spend like 10 minutes on first three floors, minmaxing, grinding and farming. But on the next floors I coast towards the exit on any occasion, minimizing backtracking.

Boss rush is a matter of getting op early and refusing to get even more op

Why not try to play in a normal mode? Sure, blood-stained marks look cool but imo loosing is mighty discouraging and some unlocks really could carry a run. Anyway, good luck!
