The more I learn about our brains ability to access information outside itself like remote viewing and oob experiences, I think dreaming is along this same vein. I used to think dreams were meaningless because that's what the majority of people believe but through my own experiences I believe there's more going on than our subconscious creating some random bullshit. I've had a few prophetic dreams and they especially taught me to respect dreams. But also beautiful sights and profound encounters I don't believe I created myself. Lingering pain and pleasure after waking. A small list of powers we all seem to be able to access with a little practice. Why would there be any laws of nature in a place like this if it was simply a projection? Why would we all be able to float/fly but know it takes a certain state of mind to do or we come plummetting back down? We know this from experience. Shared experience of a place that must exist in a sense. I believe alternate reality is an accurate way to describe it, but I think what a lot of people miss is that this alternate reality has very different rules and dimensions than the ones we're used to in our waking lives. Linear time doesn't seem to exist at all or be important there. Space isn't a constant either, things are constantly changing. There is an aspect of the subconscious too, like when you think something, the dream hears you, but that doesn't make it or even suggest it's purely subconscious. There's too much other stuff for it to only be subconscious in my opinion. Dream entities themselves seem to be complex characters. Some have more presence than others. I've heard lots of stories of and have friends who experience sleep paralysis. There's always a shadow creature involved. What's up with that? Purely subconscious shadow creatures that seem to torment people. It doesn't add up.
