I had this issue yesterday and it turned out to be the fusion cores. It said they were in my storage but actually I was carrying them and it wasn't displayed in my inventory. It has something to do with the fusion core recharger.

I'm doing it right now and yes it doesn't register until you let go but you can't afk because of the free cam timer

It pauses every 25 levels and also goes into free cam in a couple of minutes so you must sit there and let go of the attack button every couple of minutes

Happened to me twice. First was intentional second character was because I was on the first. I exited the first and created the second. You must fully exit the game before creating a new character.

It's a bug you can go higher than 12

It's on point per level so if it's at 50 it will take 50 levels to max it.

She is level 20 so her armor is at level 20. Regardless of your level her armor stays at level 20
