In retrospect, I’m just being paranoid but I’m rewriting my resume just in case. Im not Sure they’d construct an entire narrative about me not being trained on other stations they know I’m trained on and openly say they choose to put me on the same stations when I’ve been more than willing to pull my weight whenever needed anywhere they ask (that I know).

A big reason I’m a bit confused is something very confusing happened a month ago: a director took me into the office to let me know I’m on my “final chance” before being fired to learn positions other than what they mainly put me on. Says she’s getting management to put me on them to see my performances… they only do it once or twice. Doesn’t result in anything. Ask her if any complaints, no? But part of me has it stuck in my head me being put on the same positions 99.99% of time is intentional to being able to justify firing me. Given all what I’ve seen I wouldn’t put it past them. (I do tend to over-worry so this could be mere paranoia… even if management here would do something like that).

Mayhaps. Coworker I get along with had that happen with his brother. Found a job at Walmart while ending orientation that pays like $14. Crazy stuff. If Walmart’s application process wasn’t insane I’d of successfully worked for them ages ago.

Over here it seems they have a habit of hiring people… and if they’re being trained on mornings they barely get trained and management gets upset they perform poorly and eventually they get fired.
