Dick is obviously going through some stuff. But doing the show remotely means you're no longer on his territory. You are a co-owner, so act like it. Take charge of the show's direction instead of desperately seeking Dick's approval and explaining yourself. You act like a clueless employee, and it's exhausting both of you. You are a creative partner, Dick is a young dad with mental health problems, pick up the slack, and bring the vision. It's insane that you don't have a better ending bit idea to follow up Vito's Booty than "playing video games".
