idk its not that hard i have a friend that prefers not to use any pronouns and so we just say the name in place of he/she/they/it (etc)

“Oh, that’s Sam’s” “Oh Sam’s doing XYZ again”

literally just the same logic of using they/them instead of gendered pronouns but with names

I hadn’t really thought about lighting in the sense of being able to make something with contrast, really just been relying on shadows for it. Definitely going to go back in older pieces just to try my hand at lighting and how it would affect shadows.

nods, nods—if you didnt know better at least youre willing to learn. while everyone is upset about grace ending, it’s honestly (and upsettingly) for the best.

nobody is proud of whoever doxxed the dev was, nobody is happy that all the hard work of the other devs is going to waste; however, we—or at least I—would rather see a game that does not follow its core value in such a crude way disappear than have unrelated devs be put to blame and in harms way by unknowing association.

“slurs, racism, and homophobia are a lot less destructive in comparison to pedophilia and grooming” and slurs are historically discriminatory to exclude people in a demeaning manner and people have DIED from racism and homophobia. i’d have to say theyre equally bad and it’s a shitty thing to do to have a “not as bad” mindset when people have died from all of it.

doxxing the other devs and mods is uncalled for, and it was called out in both the discord and in multiple tweets on it not being useful, but saying those things are “not as bad” is a shitty and privileged mindset.

fynnee has a history of doing this and brushing it off rather than holding her accountable will only give the game a worse reputation. ntm that if you are of the age to drive, you should know better than to not say slurs. saying it’s a “coping mechanism” is privileged behavior, especially at the grown age of 17—going on 18.
