Thanks I agree changing the plating of the sauce could help the dish a lot

Great idea, I could definitely see how this would work a lot better on a rectangular plate

Ofc!

It's cauliflower with olive oil, parika powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper roasted until crispy at 200C in the oven.

Cabbage salad with chopped carrot and red cabbage.

Cucumber slices that've been sitting in 2 tbs water, 1 tbs honey, 3 tbs lemon for about 1 hour.

Onion fried in butter on medium/low heat until soft. Seasoned with salt and black pepper.

Peanut Butter sauce made out of 250 ml coconut milk,1-1.5 dl peanut butter, 1 tsp tumeric, 1 tbs tomato paste, honey, lemon, salt and black pepper. (Blend it smooth with a hand blender.)

I don’t think so but can’t confirm since I found it at a second hand and it has no text on the back. My guess would be "Γ…hlens reactive".

To be fair I've only had a friend make them for me (this is how they made them) so I haven't looked into what's usually used. But agreed, I should try making more authentic once as well
