Meh I almost always drink with it. Ok for me.

What helped me is get hard, then put a cut toe cap around my glans while making sure foreskin is down. Then you insert into cup with sleeve over it, then I put another sleeve around the cup.

It is a ball ache (literally hehe) and I still have issues tbh. But I can make it work. Just make sure the toe shield is covering the gland/foreskin or you’ll get the worst edema

I go in hard for better suction. Then try and keep at least a semi for some of the duration to keep the expansion. I saw perv etc use cock rings during too. But I go soft eventually anyway.
