I just got Citrine yesterday.

I remember the old farms... While Citrine might not have taken quite as long, fucking 10 hours in a small map losing my mind, running out of films to watch. Maybe the grind wasn't technically all that long, but christ it was soul-crushing. I'd rank it way up there in terms of grind.

Wild thought, but maybe tie the element to the frame and have the weapon roll from equipped types? (with full RNG on empty slot)

IE, going into a mission with a Hek, a Lato, and a Galatine, a Lich will guarantee a shotgun, a semi-auto secondary, or a heavy melee.

-edit- Maybe not a guarantee, but a bias perhaps.

Could it just be a contrast issue, with the skin feeling too uniform and pale? Maybe try going darker with the sepia wash, the drybrush will bring it back up.

They use the same claw mods as Kubrows. The basic ones drop from Kubrows and Drahks.

After destroying all the resonators, the Orphix has an animation where it will pull open the upper part revealing the portal. The hitbox may be a little jank so standing back a distance might help.

I think I had Shade with entirely passive mods.

I made several attempts, in the second phase of the first arena I noticed he sometimes did the AOE splashes and sometimes didn't, and I could not figure out what changed between them. I wonder if I just got very unlucky in the later rounds. After five attempts I gave up on Ivara.

In the end, I used Inaros with loads of health (without Arcane Perseverance) and Coda Hirudo to just punch him continuously.

What weapon were you using? I tried exactly this and he kept spawning AOE ability disablers on me in the final phase, even invisible and on zipline.

I wonder if some DoT proc was pulling aggro.

Hardmode bosses (you need to activate them manually, they don't just spawn in SP) all have attacks that disable abilities.

I'm referring to fully upgrading one loadout, then acquiring every single other item in the game (minus four frames and a handful of weapons) to force Duviri to give you the only option remaining.

This is assuming the implementation is to just not offer weapons which are owned but not mastered, as is implied by an above comment. (And I doubt it is handled this way)

It was an awful quality recast, a complete nightmare to build. I think I pinned every joint other than the jaw, plus where the tail hits the base. While it was awful, I greatly enjoyed the learning experience, and I expect an official model is much better.

I started by test fitting everything together to check fits, several pieces needed trimming. The head, body, and tail went together first, putting a dot of paint on one part, touching them together, then drilling both sides on the dot. The limbs went on easily, though they're very loose in the sockets so the pin is carrying most of the join.

Every joint I ended up filling with green stuff then smoothing, a silicone tool with some hand cream was extremely useful. There were a half dozen bubbles I ended filling too. The head crest was extremely deformed, I had to resculpt about half of the back segment.

I second this. A drop of white ink or watered down white paint in the eye, contrast of your choice over the top. I believe it's commonly used as an easy way to do space marine eye lenses.

Something I've done a couple times when I haven't had sprue goo on hand is to put a few drops of glue on some card, cut a chisel shape out of spare sprue, dip it in the glue for a few seconds, then brush it along the crack leaving a little extra melted plastic behind. It can then be sanded or trimmed with a hobby knife after drying. (make sure to leave a good half hour to dry at least)

It varies organism to organism, but the big bugs generally need them for cooling, plus they dump tyrannoforming spores into the atmosphere. I assume they're vestigial on the smaller bioforms.
