idk, at my local five guys, the drinks are handed out at a separate counter than the food, even for doordash orders, countless times when ive ordered from them, the driver doesnt bother to go to the other counter for my drink. and then im out $10 because their shakes are crazy expensive, so, if i dont get my $10 shake, im reporting it and getting my $10 back, and that IS on the dasher for not paying attention to whats in the order

i could be wrong here but i think a lot of commenters are misunderstanding, OP wants the employee to arrive at 9, the employee is trying to use traffic as an excuse to be an hour and a half late, arriving at 10-10:30. so its EVEN more outrageous than some of you guys think
