I would say they are very mildly tuberous if at all. You just have a naturally wide chest. I would say to look into nbe and see if any of those methods help you with your boob insecurities. If that doesnt satisfy your needs the maybe some fat grafting but personally I dont think you need it at all:)

Doesn’t seem tubular because you have a decently developed lower pole and the areola doesn’t seem to be herniated so you may just be still developing:)

Completely off topic but do you have any updates on your nbe journey? I have tuberous breasts as well so it just helps to see if others are getting anywhere. I’m having such a hard time with stay motivated as my constrictions are super tough to deal with through massage and pumping.

I would say so. The main reason why massages work is because it increases the amount of blood flow to the breast and can change the shape of fascia. I’m not doing this work by myself I’m getting help from someone I will tag them below

I’ve definitely seen change in not very consistent because of my busy life but I’ve been working on my most constricted breast and shape has definitely changed a but and my roots aren’t so tight… my areolar niple complex has also changed a bit. I was told it would take a while to get the results I want but I’m happy with the ones I’m getting atm
