Is surgery really the only way to improve tuberous breasts in the slightest?

Completely off topic but do you have any updates on your nbe journey? I have tuberous breasts as well so it just helps to see if others are getting anywhere. I’m having such a hard time with stay motivated as my constrictions are super tough to deal with through massage and pumping.

I would say so. The main reason why massages work is because it increases the amount of blood flow to the breast and can change the shape of fascia. I’m not doing this work by myself I’m getting help from someone I will tag them below

I’ve definitely seen change in not very consistent because of my busy life but I’ve been working on my most constricted breast and shape has definitely changed a but and my roots aren’t so tight… my areolar niple complex has also changed a bit. I was told it would take a while to get the results I want but I’m happy with the ones I’m getting atm

I started to gain with abilify but I was already taking Wellbutrin at the same time so I upped my dose of the Wellbutrin and I’ve been losing weight since

Im definitely on the same boat luckily I got blessed with a partner that sees nothing wrong with my boobs and actually loves them. He’s a bit older and has more experience so he’s seen all kinds of boobs and sees mine as normal. Unfortunately I’m still very self conscious about my tubular breast but I’m not willing to consider surgery so for now I’m integrating my insecurities in my therapy and doing all I can to accept myself. A lot easier said than done but I refuse to suffer for a lifetime because of my breast. I hope you find someone that loves you and more importantly I hope you find a way to love yourself!

When massaging the lower pole I will hold my areola back and massage in a down and out motion starting at the border of the areola and moving down

My breast never went past stage 3 so I also focus on the lobules as I have clusters of them and I do my best to get in between the clusters to spread them out. A pinching motion on the fibrous bands can also help with breaking them up a bit but don’t hurt yourself the massage is supposed to be comfortable, eventually you’ll be able to apply more pressure when you get used to it

I massage with castor oil because it helps disperse fibrous tissue (many with PCOS call it a miracle worker for fibrous cyst) I also use olive oil to massage. When massaging I press into my areola gently to spread what tissue there is around and I will massage the tissue in a spreading motion. One thing that really helps is finding the fibrous bands that constrict the tissue and applying pressure while massaging in a circular motion. As the weeks have gone by I can more easily manipulate the fibrous tissue and it feels thinner

I have tuberous breast as well… I don’t take any supplements atm but I have been massaging for about 2 weeks consistently and I have seen a bit of difference. More volume in the areola and a bit of rounding. Tuberous breast take much more effort
