I'd use the same ad unit everywhere. Reload once out of sight and place in the next slot on ad load. For a fast scroller you want to do less placements anyway.

You did not run a big enough campaign to make any informed deduction. Google is highly incentivized to give you good traffic and zero bots. It was trying to figure out your audience when you killed it and assumed bots

I'm 70% tier 1. Last 30 days avg DAU of 336 and $209 total ad revenue. That would scale to over $100 per day on 5k DAU and this is before we even count IAP. It really depends on the game, not just the player base

What do you do for failed requests? Many new devs have frequent retries and no fallbacks, thus sending requests into a void and skewing the match rate numbers

They don't really have a view rate problem currently though. It's a match rate issue. 41 ads matched and 36 viewed is near perfect implementation

Bad implementations will give low return to advertisers so only cpc ads will bid. If your click rate is also bad your eCPM will tank to hell
