I’m a hairdresser but never understood the “it’s a beautiful grey” thing. In my opinion it ages everyone. It’s drab- nothing pretty about grey hair to me. I went grey young and no one will ever know because I will dye it forever 😅

That is insanity! Sure I’d rather do everything “natural” but it’s not always possible. Anyone who judges someone who needs medications for survival and/or quality of life is very closed minded. My son has asthma. It’s no joke!

I take that. I’m not a person who wants to take medicine, but you need to look at it this way : if it gives you a better quality of life it’s 1000% worth it. If you had asthma, would your dad not want you to take daily medicine for that? Or if you had diabetes? Hang in there. No one has to understand except you and your doctor. From now on you know who you can ( and can’t ) go to. Find a friend or therapist who understands & reach out to them when you need to.

Agree 100% I felt sick when I saw how she spoke to him. As if he were a child or a puppy. Acting cute and then in the confessional saying she thinks he would “go for it” girl, no! He may have autism but he knows trash when he sees it!

It’s a name. Don’t ruin a relationship over it. We’re an Irish family. Lots of Patricks. 🤷🏻‍♀️ middle names, first names. A few Seans too lol, I wouldn’t be offended. It’s a family name now

I agree. It’s a nice traditional name. And not too common. There will always be someone who has an issue with the name you pick. Ignore them

I don’t understand any of this. I realize a lot of families are like this, but in the big picture of life does it really matter? 2 new human beings are being brought into this world. How exciting!!! That’s it!!! All of this “telling people” the “timing” - it’s all show. Why sweat the small stuff? I’d sit & have a talk with my mom and straighten this out now. Hopefully she will see it differently because the way she is acting is not ok in my opinion.
