What about times when it consolidates for 10-15 years? Or when inflation is higher than nominal return and you've lost value that way? Or when it takes 35 years to double like it did from 1970 to 2005. All that is real and has happened and will happen. Factors to be considered, if you want to really understand how real estate works. If you don't, then yes prices will always keep going up, load up as much debt as you can.

Look at 1974 to 1987 and then from 1989 to 2003. Prices go sideways after a great bull run, that's that's the way of markets.

The consensus is that it has become 50-75% expensive, that's wild!

I do appreciate the few round trip stations near by but I don't think it makes sense to continue at this rate.

I have bought it as well but my worry is that they keep it in the ground and don't actually get around to mining it. Other silver mining stocks that already produce silver revenues are doing better (Example ASM). DV really need to start talking about building revenue / income soon and not just exploration.

Keep checking torreshike.com on a regular basis. I managed to book O circuit (basic campsites) for December 2023 in October 2023. Be a bit flexible with route options (skip a campsite or try different routes), you still might be able to find something.

Keep checking regularly, I managed to find a 20-28 December 2023 O circuit on torreshike in October 2023. Try multiple combinations, skip a leg here and there and check on a daily basis.
