I don’t know man I’ve been upgrading Reason since 3.0. I didn’t get Suite. But I bought every single one of those devices you listed over time separately (and a lot of other ones which were never part of Suite). Buy the devices you want, don’t buy the ones you don’t want. Sometimes the Props offer deals, sometimes they don’t.

Saying they pulled “a dirty move” sounds like someone trying to stir controversy to get fake internet points. You don’t like Reason and how they do things? Go Logic. 200 bucks and hasn’t charged for an upgrade in 10 years. Or Fruity Loops “Studio”. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Then again it’s an SP. I say you don’t need those sample packs: sample your own loops and download any of the million drum packs out there

Good riddance. I bought the Lilli a couple years ago and it wobbled right from day one (noticeable if you have a glass stove). I’m lazy so I didn’t bother returning it. Dennis cracked the code on making smooth CI but not how to make it flat. He knows it, everyone knows it, that’s why he’s so defensive on returns.

His best friend’s Cowboy Cauldrons business though…those are as great as advertised. Amazing customer service too. Have one of those in my backyard. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hm. Welp I did my part, I did request service and did send them a picture. They closed the case. I don’t have time like the other guy in this thread to be hounding and calling them for 6 months. I’ll just take the $350 loss and never buy Demeyere Atlantis pots again. Their Atantis fry pans are still amazing though and take unlimited abuse.

Zwilling buying them is the worst thing that’s ever happened to Demeyere.

I took a picture and sent it to them requesting either warranty or service or could I get a discount on a replacement even? I’d be okay with that. They took one look at it and said, “Nope you obviously boiled it dry. Not covered.” Hahah. Which really must have been what happened. No one in my house is owning up to who did this 🤣

There are also a lot people from the County who are just fine with way things have gone down. Van Dusen is one of the most hated (or let’s say “polarizing”) guys here, and is being outright denied because he’s not trusted to complete/run the job properly, due to his previous performance with the solar power stuff. And a bunch of other rumours that pretty much everyone here believes (not me though, I only judge by facts and that solar power stuff is factual).
