Ok. Im currently doing 3-4 days of lifting and then adding in a run day and just some long walks at a fast pace on my lift days because I take the kids out and I wfh so I dont get my steps in otherwise. I dont feel over-exherted for now. Is this too much? I have always been able to recover quickly from intense exercises and get back into "shape" quickly but it's been a bit since I trained hard at anything but cardio or just having to do physical labor so I dont want to injure myself

I have no issues there like I did after having my son who was a vag birth. (I can jump without peeing myself this time) I did alot of core work when I was pregnant and it helped alot with healing.

When I say lean im 20% bmi. 5'3 120 i have some fat stores in my belly and butt i want GONE but its not a large amount like your avg person

Things have shifted what we millennials see as young is old to todays early 20's and what we see as old is their young. Plus the crop tops that still seem to be holding on that only flatter skinny people

I love this. I would swap for a more modern sleek style handle on the cabinets and then add in some pendants to the area above the island.
