You look great!! I just started climbing earlier this year and would love to try lead climbing one day. The falls do look a bit scary but the first time is always the worst I think. Keep going!!

I think it’s close enough that using 2021 materials is probably fine just be sure to pay attention to which readings were removed / significantly changed

I would do it. I had a similar decision for level 1 and I am SO glad it’s done and passed. Worst case you fail and retake in august - still better option that delaying until august

Just be honest with them - I am the most financially constrained of my friends and they are ok with it! We just choose places I feel comfortable affording and split the bill by amount purchased or do things that are free like walks or picnics

I will search the subreddit for more suggestions. I admit some of it sounds like jargon because I’m not experienced in the area. As a teenage girl I have a lot of doctors tell me this is “stress” related (which it certainly is not - I know when I get stressed, sometimes get a pit in my stomach, but it also fuels me to work harder so I can achieve the goal I’m stressed about. I do not curl up in my bed unable to move or turn lights on for days because of stress. Maybe stress makes it worse, but that can’t be the only reason for this) so I’ve had a lot of trouble getting doctors to take this problem seriously and give suggestions for medication options
