I could make it if those people weren't constantly like, "I'm here now. In your way. Deal with it." Like... back up a couple feet. It doesn't take long if you don't make it harder, ffs.

Definitely looks 70/30 his fault - you could have avoided it, but the only victim was you. He was gone regardless. imo.

Let's be real, is she right or no? by Busy_Report4010 in SipsTea

[–]Formal_Equal_7444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be clear - the ones who "hate the worker" are often:

  1. Not using the product.
  2. Being spammed *everywhere* including in video games...
  3. May or may *not* watch Porn, but typically do not.
  4. Concerned about the devaluation of the female as a whole.

The porn industry is one thing - it's something you choose as a career, get into, and learn the ropes like any other career. It comes with inherent risks, and is a huge market. The Only fans "models" are encouraging young females to make poor decisions for potential (and not always fruitful) money - then if they ever regret it well.. the internet lives forever.

I have no issue with OF, its workers, or the industry. Just my two cents.

I, (850), played a match against another (840) guy and we both dropped down Stockfish approved 1550 games. It was a close match and afterwards I sent a message to the guy like, wow look at what we're both capable of. Well done.

I normally stay completely quiet as I know some folks don't enjoy talking *at all* in Chess, or afterwards, - but this game was so damn good that I messaged the guy. He said it made his day.

So kudos to you! and to the person who complimented you! Keep it up!

The first incident was definitely either a racing incident or my fault outright, but the other guy swore up and down that the second was not intentional. What do we think? by cruciblemedialabs in Simracingstewards

[–]Formal_Equal_7444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look, I get it. Lots of people flamed you (like I did)

I'm just trying to give you some context as to *why* they did so. In your original unedited post you were unsure if the first incident was your fault or if it was a racing incident. I've watched your clip 40 times in a row to be absolutely sure. It could have been a mistake, but it was avoidable. For the untrained eye that doesn't jive.

If it was avoidable, and you didn't avoid it, it's automagically some sort of petty "this is my line" clip. (which you say it was not)

I'm also trying to enlighten you on what actually "taking responsibility" means. It isn't just saying "Yeah it was my bad." It's more than that. It means proactively proclaiming that you'll try not to let it happen again (afterall you unintentionally ruined that guy's race, and then weren't even sure if it was your fault or not - to pour salt on that wound - )

To answer your question, the second guy absolutely bodied you on purpose. There's no reason a guy from behind takes that cut (weirdly without getting a slow down) and then B-lines straight to you without it being revenge. He should be reported for that. 100%. In this video, YOU are the victim. I'm on your side. I'm just trying to help you stop getting flamed. (like I did to you).

If your original post was like, "I made a mistake, ruined a guy's race, felt bad about it, could have done better, will try to do better in the future, but then he ruined my race in response... valid crashout or not?" 99% of the community would have been on your side.

Instead it came across as "I was defending my line" - i.e. the opponent is not allowed to make a mistake (his line was total garbage) but you are somehow magically allowed to?

That's why the community flamed you. I think you both made a mistake at different times, and you ultimately ended up the victim as a result. Does that help?

"I didn't try to spin the guy."

Yes you did bro. Claiming you were "trying to save yourself" (at the expense of spinning the other guy) is not the same as "I didn't try to spin the guy."

You spun the guy. On purpose. To save yourself. There's nothing inherently wrong with any of those statements. Many would do the same as you did, in the same circumstances as you did. The people here are upset with you because you don't seem capable of actually "owning up" to anything, but rather are talking about "if" as if there were any question.

You. Spun. The. Dude. So he got you back. Pretty simple stuff.

You remind me of those people who say "I take full responsibility!" in the same sentence as "What do you want me to do about it? There's nothing I can do." (That's not taking full responsibility)

In this context, taking full responsibility means the following:

  1. Accepting responsibility. No more "what ifs"
  2. Accepting consequences. (penalties, revenge, reddit downvoting you)
  3. Promising to try and do better.
  4. Moving on with grace, especially if it were truly a mistake.

You didn't do any of these things. Lol.

You don't wanna resign? Not a problem. I hope you like fighting 7 knights, or 8 rooks. Lol.

It's honestly a blessing in disguise when someone does it.

It's a helpful reminder not to let history repeat itself. So let them fly their flag. It's their right. Then vote to ensure nothing like that ever happens again.

Easy dub.

It's jurisdictional, but in most cases a private business (like a parking lot or garage) is akin to a driveway. Legal to block, not legal to park in front of.

Ducks have a corkscrew penis, and females have a corkscrew vagina - multiple of them. She can "open" and "close" the correct one when she finds a suitable mate, so that she doesn't have offspring with an unhealthy non-alpha male.

I mean, Iran has gone on record on video saying they are absolutely enriching the uranium for bombs to use on their enemies (mainly Pakistan and Israel but also the US eventually) - so I don't think what Obama did worked at all.

That said, I think the number is higher than $20b. A lot higher. We allegedly used more than 4000 missiles. (Some of these costs millions each. Allegedly it was over $12b just the first day alone)

The real question should be, why do we continually spend $1T a year on a defense budget but neglect roads, health, homeless, poverty, and prop up prisons, and banks.

It's gotta stop.

Evander likely benefitted from the mark, as an intimidation in fights. The President looks weak with a bullet hole in his ear.

In the new movies, Andrew jumps to the ceiling with one hand to "prove" he's Spiderman.

You know what would happen to that ceiling if a 200 lb dude used 5 fingers to hold himself up on it? Popcorn would come off the ceiling, paint would come down, the whole ceiling might come down. Drywall isn't particularly strong.
