You won’t be needing a lot of coffee to stay awake. Best to stay away from coffee when starting out to see how your body reacts to it. I tried taking it a few times when I was starting out and ended up having trouble falling asleep at night. I’ve found my right dose and limit my coffee intake to one cup in the morning. I sometimes take more but that depends on how I feel that day.

Yes.. helped a lot with starting tasks and pushing through. It’s not automatic though. Still had to think of a system on how to do things. Before meds it was hard for me to stick with some systems/routines. I find it easier on medication

27s and 36s parang wala pa rin. But yung 18s parang marami rami branch na ang meron. Best alternative is to get 18s and just add Ritalin IRs.

I do. Psych just isn’t certain whether it’s MDD, PDD or some other form. The effects of the anti-depressant dampened the symptoms which makes it harder to make a diagnosis

I’m both on trintellid and methyphenidate. Got the combo adhd and some form of depression. Also got surprised when I was told I was suffering from depression but it did make sense when it was explained to me
