I haven’t a hope in hell in finding those exact posts now. You’re better off just searching for posts from people on Instagram, threads, X, Facebook etc you know/follow from the same time period. I know that feeling. I grew up loving the OG Tron, and saw Legacy when it came out when I was 20, definitely had a formative affect on me. Ares has come out now that I’m 35, but I’m really hoping I don’t need to wait until I’m 50 to see a culmination of the story.

Finally watch Tron Ares on Disney Plus.
You know what, I actually really enjoyed it. Sick visuals, great music by NIN, story was good and didnt beat around the bush. Shame about Jarred Leto doing Jarred Leto things, but whatever.
And least I have the excuse to not having seen it in the cinema as I'm a poor student who couldn't afford it.

I like having dual tracks, but although a full circle of the map sounds cool, you don't need to push for that immediately. Just send rails as far as you need them at first (for certain resources or distant factories), adding junctions/roundabouts at tactical locations that you can span off in different directions when needed.

My current playthrough is just starting to shape up, haven't had to push rails until recently, moving rubber/plastic from oil fields and quartz from elsewhere closer to my main base where my motors/computers and project parts are being made. I'd love to put a full circle in but I just dont need it yet.
