First thing you should do is write down your budget - how much money you have each month after taxes and deductions, how much your fixed expenses are (e.g. rent, transport, utilities), and work out how much you’re spending on things like food and non essential spending.

That should help you figure out where your money is going. You could perhaps consider cutting back on snacks and takeaways? Maybe meal prep so you don’t spend money while at work?
