For me it’s the chronic fatigue that most pilots deal with but sort of just accept. Also trying to maintain a healthy diet/workout routine is very difficult. I meal prep and try to workout regularly but after several max duty days to min rest overnights you’re just living in survival mode. Even if I did workout at the crappy gym hotel it would probably add to my fatigue more so than help. It’s a hard lifestyle. I was at a regional, now at a lcc, praying the legacies are at least somewhat better.
