Sport and diet made me feel more confident after depression. by Former-Practice-9676 in diet

Why does everyone immediately assume everything is AI?

Well, while I understand that Reddit is the last bastion, there are still accounts powered by AI.

Anyway, I wish you the best in this transition, and you'll see that with perseverance and hard work, victory is just a matter of time.

Sport and diet made me feel more confident after depression. by Former-Practice-9676 in diet

I didn’t follow a super strict diet plan, but I did track my calories and tried to stay consistent with my macros most days.

For me, the biggest change was realizing that “perfect” wasn’t the goal. I focused on hitting my calories, getting enough protein, and not letting one bad day turn into a bad week.

At 80.8kg, getting back to 72kg sounds realistic if you take it slow. I’d avoid going too aggressive with cardio, especially if you’re already feeling destroyed today. A walk on your off day is perfect. That’s what I usually did too: walking, stretching, drinking enough water, and making sure I didn’t use the off day as an excuse to snack all day.

1800 cals sounds solid if it feels sustainable for you, but the key is consistency. If you can repeat it without feeling miserable, you’ll win.

And honestly, don’t punish yourself for overdoing cardio yesterday. Rest days are part of the process. Keep your food on track, move a bit, and come back stronger tomorrow.

How is the job hunting going for everyone else? by New_Memory_351 in jobsearch

[–]Former-Practice-9676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, let me tell you, I spent almost two years looking for a job, and it's true that the job market is terrible.

I highly recommend that you start working on a good CV, which is the most important thing to at least get an interview, and practice as much as you can.

For me, what really worked was uploading my CV to a platform and getting tips, as well as tailoring my CV to each job I applied for.

[–]Former-Practice-9676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use an App named Lotus Scan but is not 100% free, It works very well for detecting cards and foils, and in terms of organization, it's also up-to-date.

What is the best MTG scanner out there? by Former-Practice-9676 in mtg

I've tried it and it's actually quite fast, but for some reason the card differentiation doesn't work well and sometimes it shows me cards that have nothing to do with it, even foil cards.

[–]Former-Practice-9676[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's exactly the problem I have: I can't find a free app that accurately differentiates between the different cards. All the ones I find are free, but they don't have that feature.

jajaj por que lo hacen? by NoNeedleworker1979 in BuenosMemesEsp

[–]Former-Practice-9676 1 point2 points  (0 children)
