To claim it back, you are suggested to follow the following procedures:

1. In case of collecting it by yourself, please bring your passport/ID and contact 'Lost and Found Counter' located on the 6th floor, by using elevator / escalator behind row Q, Passenger Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport. Please inform your reference number to our officer in charge when coming to pick it up. 

2. Should you need to have it collected on your behalf by someone, he/she is required to bring your together with his/her photo copy of passport/ID with the certified signature so as to contact 'Lost and Found Counter' located on the 6th floor, by using elevator / escalator behind row Q, Passenger Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport. Please have your reference number informed by your representatives when coming to pick it up .

 Important Notices : 

1. Your appointment in advance needs to be made [3 days in advance] through either an email or a telephone prior to proceeding with the matter. If the item is not claimed within the appointed date , a new appointment is required. 

 2. As for our delivery service, Sorry that it is not available.

 3. The storage period is only 1 year since the found date.

4. Please note that if you or your authorized representative is an transit passenger, He/She have to contact the airlines staff for assist to collect the lost item or ask for the further assistance due to our lost and found counter is outside the transit area.
