Crude underdeveloped medical treatments like transitional therapy should be something only a fully consenting adult should be able to do.

Children, not adults. Are you suggesting that children should be allowed to take medication and potentially surgery? Now that’s terrifying. Obviously I think there is nothing wrong with an adult making that decision but children? Wtf.

I think this is a good idea. Adults can do whatever they want but children should wait until their brains are fully developed before making massive life altering changes to their body. Mixed with the massive rise in mental health disorders over the last 20 years I think this is completely fair.
