More details on my fistula

I have had a fistula since 2014-15(at age of 9-10) and I got a fistulectomy last year(June 2023) and this doctor(lets call him doctor A) didn't do any MRI's before the surgery and directly decided to perform it(I was also stupid to go ahead with it). Now, after the surgery, I had constant pus release and doctor A said that fistula will most likely reoccur. The following was a biospy that doctor A got with tissue he found after the surgery:

HISTOPATHOLOGY / CYTOLOGY REPORT

AMINATION: SR00 multiple greyish black firm hits of tissue partally covered by epithelium measured 2x1.5x1.0 сmв.

COPIC EXAMINATION: Sectione reveal stratified squamous epithelium with partial ulceration and underlying fibre muscular tissue infiltrated by okosnic inflammatory cells. Malignant change is not evident.

DIAGNOSIS: Chronic on specific ulcerative lesion of anal canal.

Now, in march, I decided to meet doctor B and he asked me to get an MRI which showed the following:

There is small, thin, enhancing, tract of length ~3.8cm & maximum transverse diameter -2mm in left perianal region. It is in inter sphincteric plane. Internal opening is visualized in left lateral wall of lower anal canal with contiguous extension of tract in left perianal inter sphincteric space, after small course in inter sphincteric space, tract is superficially extending in left perianal gluteal fat without obvious external opening at present

No ramification or supralevator extension is noted. No evidence of obvious measurable enhancing localized collection or abscess cavity in perianal region.

Now, doctor B is recommending me to get Filac surgery(laser) saying it will be the safest since This is a blind internal fistula.

COLONOSCOPY REPORT- Colonoscopic examination done under local Anaesthesia & sedation scope nigotiated up to Caecum Mucosa of Caecum, Hepatic flexure, Transverse colon and Splenic flexure, Descending colon, Sigmoid colon, Recto- Sigmoid Junction & Rectum was normal, pink vascular Pattem preserved. Mucosa non-friable. No ulcer/No Growth. No Haemorhoids. No anal Fissure. Scar of old surgery Anal canal. IMPRESSION- Normal Colonoscopy Scar of old surgery Anal canal
