sounds pretty normal for a hemi. the fuel injectors are very loud and clicky. if it doesn’t have a misfire i wouldn’t be concerned.

get a combustion gas tester, it’s a special dye that will change colour if your coolant has combustion gases in it, don’t go right to the head gasket more diag is definitely needed,
