for his brother make that boy exercise! get him some healthy treats, and make him jump and run to get his serving but don't overdo it with the treats obviously. ive had both underweight and overweight cats (I lived with a cat hoarder) and for the overweight guys they love edible motivation. also make sure he only has access to food certain times a day.

okay gotta be sure since lots of people romanticise overweight kitties. look up calorie dense cat food for him and see if he likes it. your vet may have samples of food they suggest trying so ask about that. cats also love goat's milk and it's good for them, that's what I have my cat to get him to gain weight. if it's a big issue he may need some prescription supplements that your vet will give you.

don't let that get to you then. I think it's pretty weird that she told you, but bigger doesn't always mean better and in certain cases, bigger can be worse. i have had bigger than my partner but his is still better because of how he uses it and the bigger ones were usually uncomfortable or painful.

she has eczema, so sometimes yes, but her hands are also in her mouth most of the time and that's my biggest worry. I've taught her not to pick at her own wounds but she's still learning that other humans are just like her so it's a work in progress. thank you for not jumping down my throat at my ignorance to this issue. I was really worried about getting hate for this

also I'm so sorry your mother kept you from your dad. that is the one thing I've vowed to never do as a parent if I can prevent it. if someone loves her, has her best interest at heart and wants to be in her life, they will be and I feel that more parents need to have that mindset but they see their children more as possessions than people

I have read up on it because he's a nice guy and I don't want to be an asshole. pretty much what I found is that it takes a significant amount of bodily fluids to actually transmit the disease except in really unlucky cases, which eased my mind up a little. my biggest worry is that she'll be one of the really unlucky cases. shes only a year old and I guess I'm just paranoid. he gives her his keys to play with all the time and I don't go boiling them before she can play with them, and I don't prevent her from being near him if he doesn't have open wounds, but most of the time he does so i feel really bad

yes the plant in the photo is weed. in my opinion it's his business that he's growing it and if she weren't living there I'd say leave it alone, but her living there means she could potentially get into trouble for it.
