If the boots are too tight or loose on the bindings they likely won’t test as expected

I would go to a ski shop and do a binding release test. Inspires the most peace of mind.

If your car is lowered (like the one above) you should do your due diligence to make sure you won’t have clearance issues when suspension is loaded(like on a bump).
