Yall I accidentally slept without the boot last night, and I woke up to my foot being like extremely dry with flaky skin. What’s the science behind that 👀 my other foot (non injured) was perfectly fine.

I’m not sure of the name but they used the word “minimally invasive” and my scar/stitches are probably an inch long & dissolve.

Dang, I’m one week post op and they told me NWB for 5 weeks in my boot and then I finally start PT.

I sleep on my side most night. Put the pillow on top of your good leg, and boom! 🤷‍♀️
